Scott Carter is spearheading a movement to change the misconceptions about Leadership. He has spent decades working inside organizations, personally experiencing the everyday challenges that most of us face in the workplace. Rather than continue to be frustrated with the challenges regarding corporate approaches regarding the concept of Leadership, Scott embarked on a three-year research journey that produced concrete ways to address those challenges. This book is a result of that research project. Scott is currently the CEO and owner of the Back To BASIC¿ personal development and business development program.
