Dr. Jiang Ping Fan is an associate faculty member at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, Arizona State University, where she teaches leadership development for a master's program. With a career spanning over four decades in academia and industry, she offers a distinctive blend of expertise. Dr. Fan has extensive experience teaching in both China and the U.S. and boasts over 20 years in organizational development consulting, curriculum development, instructional design, and corporate leadership training. Recently, she published her debut book, marking a significant milestone in her scholarly journey. Her research focuses on leadership theory and practice, authentic and inclusive leadership, communication in leadership, and the semiotic study of visual and verbal communication.
