" Dr. Ernest Davis, a native of Los Angeles, California, spent most of his life there before earning an athletic scholarship to the University of Idaho, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Currently residing in Puyallup, Washington, Ernest is married to his eternal companion, Ruth Davis, and they have four children: Kingston, Titan, and Athena. He currently hosts a weekly podcast focused on discussing leadership opportunities within marginalized communities, aiming to inspire change both in his community and beyond. Ernest earned his MBA from Western Governors University and a Doctorate in Philosophy of Leadership with an emphasis on servant leadership from Gonzaga University. He has been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since 2007. With over 16 years of leadership experience, Ernest has dedicated his career to leading persons with disabilities at a nonprofit organization. As a follower of Christ, Ernest aspires to inspire change in my community through leadership as a servant first of the least privileged to overcome systematic barriers and reach their potential. "
