This book "Leading the Church to eternity" is a product of three different academic research works, which were undertook with the sole aim of coming out with materials that will be of benefit to all the people God has called into his mission on earth. It is expected that all those (both ordained and lay) who will read this book will become acquainted with what is required of every leader of the Church, to make the body of Christ relevant on earth as well as preparing the people under their CARE for eternity. It is also expected that by reading this book one's knowledge about the importance of leadership and delegation will be enhanced.

Rev. Canon Patrick Okaijah-Bortier is the Diocesan Estate Officer of the Anglican Diocese of Accra and the current Parish Priest of St Luke Anglican Church. He holds LTh, BTh with Mgt(honors) MTh, & PhD student at TTS Legon, Accra. He is a construction technologist by profession and a Priest by vocation. He is married to Marjorie and has a daughter
