Ernestine K. Enomoto is an associate professor at the University of Hawaii-Manoa where she has taught since 1998. Her scholarship has focused on leadership and organizations serving multi-ethnic student populations. Bruce H. Kramer is associate dean of the School of Education at the University of St. Thomas and the former chair of the Department of Leadership, Policy and Administration. His research interests focus on the application of critical pragmatism to the ethical judgments of leadership.
