Since then, a variety of methods have been developed around this instrument, which make talking about feelings both easier and more effective. With over two decades of experience in fostering successful corporate communication and as the creative mind behind Gefühlsmonster GmbH, I stand at the forefront of supporting businesses that are reimagining their corporate culture in light of current societal shifts. As one of the pioneers of mediation in Germany since 1995, I've not only co-shaped the training standards of the Bundesverband Mediation e.V., but also led mediation trainings for over a decade. This profound understanding of interaction led to the creation of the Gefühlsmonster® Cards, designed by my talented son Christian Corona, which today aid in enhancing communication worldwide. My passion lies in fostering understanding - both within professional realms where ideas and potentials are maximized, and in personal life, assisting couples and families. Over the years, I've honed the art of finding words that convey the intended emotion and message, and the Gefühlsmonsters stand as a testament to that. My multifaceted background - from my early days in Eschwege, through my studies in Göttingen and Berlin, to my long-standing partnership with my Italian husband - offers me a unique perspective reflected in my work. My dedication to communication, emotions and mediation, insights from collaborations in worldwide networks, and ongoing education underscore my expertise.
