The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that despite the fact that the field of lean production technologies is now gaining momentum in its introduction in various spheres of life, nevertheless, it is still new and insufficiently studied, especially in the non-production area - the education sector. The purpose of this work is to analyze and describe lean production tools in general, as well as to study and analyze the results obtained on the example of a specific educational organization. The novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the work proposes an algorithm for using Six Learn Sigma in an educational organization; the prospects for using "Value Stream Mapping" and "DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)" in an educational organization are demonstrated.
