With 20 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, Christian Masotti has witnessed time and time again how incivility can impact business. Having worked with among others-the big three auto manufacturers including Ford, Chrysler, and Toyota, Christian understands how failure to address the people side of change appropriately, that is, teach "people treatment," results in manufacturing workplaces continuing to experience high turnover, poor morale, and lowered profitability. As a professional athlete who now supervises event conversions for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Masotti has also experienced how incivility can impact professional sports, sports-related organizations, human resources, volunteers, and frontline workers.
