ANDREAS WILDERER was born and raised in Germany, where he also met his wife, Mirka-a successful female executive. In 2016, he founded GLOBULARiTY LLC, a business coaching company that helps leaders grow and learn how to strengthen their Adaptability Quotient (AQ). Andreas is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. While working on his business pursuits, Andreas has also dedicated time to supporting his wife and family; he stayed at home and cared for his two children while his wife pursued her career. Driven by his own experience, Andreas started his work on coaching female leaders and the men who support them.
