The necessity of reducing the cost of production has left manufacturers with the challenge of adopting lean manufacturing where the focus is on waste minimization in a different section. The purpose of this book is to investigate the applicability of lean manufacturing implementation and practices through a real-time case study for the selected textile industry. The analysis is done using a stopwatch technology. Later the result is applied to the industry & checked.
