The state of science education and procedural pattern of teaching various concepts of the subject has always been a challenge for a teacher and is at a crossroad. Creativity of Innovative teaching learning process is the call of the day for both teacher as well as the student concern. When I reflect on my teaching practices and the life experiences that led me to become a science teacher, I, am reminded of a profession resembling education : i.e nursing. Nurses, like educators, find a rhythm to their work. They connect with humanity and they understand that theories found in books don't always match the realities of working with actual patients. This is a forgotten question for so long - Are kids having fun when, they learn ?
