The task of teaching today brings with it new challenges that put the teacher's didactic-methodological capacity and ability to achieve learning to the test. Thinking the school for educational equity implies valuing teaching interventions from an academically solid and pedagogically flexible action. This book reflects on the educational task in the teaching intervention, nested in the purpose of stimulating the pleasure of learning, of exploring together with the student the different learning strategies, of encouraging the empowerment of the subject over his own process, in search of an autonomous learner capable of self-regulation. The task of learning must be emotionally safe, offering the student the tranquillity to explore with affective security, in the academic demands and offering the student educational scenarios in which learning is a pleasurable action. The reader is invited to reflect on the educational settings in which teaching and learning take place.
