Learning Pathological Anatomy the fun way

Interactive educational games offer an immersive and playful approach to medical learning. However, there is a lack of knowledge about their specific effectiveness in clinical rotations, particularly in pathology. This study aims to evaluate the impact of interactive educational games on learners' knowledge and satisfaction. This study evaluates the effectiveness of interactive educational games in pathology clinical rotations. The study was conducted among medical students and pathology residents, using interactive educational games. Participants were assessed through a written questionnaire. The results show an improvement in knowledge and high learner satisfaction thanks to this innovative approach. In conclusion, interactive educational games are effective in improving medical learning and learners' satisfaction during pathology clinical rotations.

Autor

Faten Limaïem, a specialist in pathological anatomy, studied at the Faculty of Medicine in Tunis. After passing the national residency competition and obtaining her National Specialty Diploma, she is now an Associate Professor in the pathological anatomy department of the Mongi Slim hospital in La Marsa.
