El autor, Belay Asmare, es profesor adjunto de Estudios sobre la Paz y los Conflictos en el Departamento de Ciencias Políticas y Relaciones Internacionales de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades de la Universidad de Woldia (Etiopía). Tengo un máster en estudios sobre la paz y los conflictos por la Universidad de Bahir Dar (Etiopía).
