The present investigation was carried out based on the theoretical documentation consulted of the antecedents related to the maintenance management, as well as approaches supported in principles, concepts and terms related to the elements of the process, plans as maintenance indicators and finally the incorporation of guidelines that allowed to focus on the dimensions related to the object or variable of study.
