The results contained in this paper aim to offer a creative proposal of innovative and flexible character, capable of addressing the diversity arising from the heterogeneity of learning styles shown by students participating in virtual training programmes, through a research conducted between 2017 and 2019 with the intention of presenting a way to determine the learning styles from virtual environments in students of the Zootechnical - Veterinary speciality of the Instituto Politécnico Agropecuario "Manuel Simón Tames Guerra" and strengthen, from them, individualised attention.A theoretical conception is presented, consisting of dimensions, sub-dimensions, indicators and evaluative scales, which allows the characterisation and identification of learning styles in virtual environments.
