Dr. Landry, a retired law enforcement lieutenant from the State of Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Insurance Fraud, in Tallahassee, has taught at university level & is instructor for the State of Florida, has a Ph.D. in education from Capella University & a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Lynn University.
