Elena is the author of many books on different subjects. Among them, it is important to mention several books about the philosophy and psychology of Argentine tango dancing and about different adventures. Originally Elena is from an old aristocratic Russian-Greek family. She graduated from a prestigious Leningrad State University as a philologist-linguist and holds a Master's Degree. She was teaching literature in Russian schools and has more than 40 years of job experience in different areas of art education, literature, music, dance Theater, cinematography. She worked as an assistant producer in Russian cinematography, sound assistant of the movie productions, Radio journalist, and newspaper correspondent. After "perestroika 1990th", she owned her own businesses, traveled the world, and lived in different countries. She is a highly cultured and highly educated person, with enthusiastic, pleasant manners, positive charisma, and an open and cheerful personality. She is easygoing and has a sunny, bright character. She also studied different character-folk dance elements and movements, including Mexican, African, Russian Folk Dances, ballet, music (accordion), and acting skills. Elena was a Celebrity Star in 1970-80th in cinematography and theater. While living in CA, her main hobby was traveling, teaching, performing, dancing, and supporting charity. Among her other hobbies were Ayurveda, Yoga, and Thai-Chi, Chi-Quang, Meditation, NIA, Aerobics, Feldenkrais, Reiki, Pilates, Zumba, Herbs, Healing Energy, and Gardening. Tanguera Elena was fundamentally and deeply trained by the best Masters of the world, finished Tango Choreography and Masterclasses, passed a special professional test, and obtained a Professional Tango Teacher Diploma. After fifteen years of teaching Argentine Tango, Elena designed an original tango course that helps people to improve the quality of lives and marriages. She is using ancient Ayurveda wisdom while teaching tango, reminding that Visualization is the Key to Mastering the Law of Attraction, where everyone's wish comes true. Also, Elena was teaching and performing not only Ballroom, Argentine Tango, but also Authentic Russian Gypsy dance. After 15 years of cruising, teaching, and performing throughout the USA, Mexico, around the world, in 2004 Elena established Tango Caminito Dance School in Fallbrook, CA. She produced many great events with interesting choreographies which were successful at many important venues. For more than twenty years Elena was writing, designing, and publishing her books in two languages and publishing them around the world.
