Being generally unable to finance their production tool with their own funds, they also face the problem of bank credit rationing, which is the most widespread classic solution in terms of financing. They thus tend to explore other sources of financing of which the leasing which proves to be an adequate solution as regards financing of capital goods. Intervening within the framework of a study on the diversification and the modernization of the instruments of credit, the present work aims not only at presenting the leasing as an alternative of financing, but also aims at studying all the contours of this technique of financing and at showing the conditions in which it could replace the bank credit.

Er hat einen Master in Buchhaltung-Controlling-Auditing und einen Master in Geld-Bank-Finanzen-Versicherung von der Universität Artois (Arras-Frankreich). Er ist außerdem Geschäftsführer der Unternehmensberatungsfirma "Entrepreneurs Conseil & Co." mit Sitz in Lomé.
