John Delane Williams earned a Ph.D in Statistics and a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. He is an Emeritus Professor (The University of North Dakota) and also was a psychologist with North Star Psychological Services in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. He and his wife now live in southwest Washington.
