Lee Miller's recently transcribed appointment diaries and accompanying text by British Vogue Archives's Robin Muir, fashion historian Amber Butchart, and Miller's granddaughter, Ami Bouhassane, provide a wealth of new information about the artist's prolific wartime fashion portfolio.

Robin Muir is a writer and curator who specializes in photography. He was formerly a picture editor and contributing editor at British Vogue and the Sunday Times Magazine (UK). He is the author of several books, including, most recently, Vogue 100: A Century of Style. Amber Butchart is a fashion historian and author who specializes in the historical intersections between dress, politics, and culture.
