Dr Vibhor Mukul Singh graduated as an architect and worked with some of the renowned firms in India & Europe before obtaining a M.S. degree in Spatial Planning & Architecture from Milan, Italy. He then obtained a Ph. D. in Urban Design, Housing & Landscape from Politecnico di Milano and is now engaged in several research projects in India & Europe
