This Book examines the World Trade Organisation (WTO)'s rules on dumping and subsidies. It appraises the legal effects of these rules on the developing countries with specific reference to Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Nigeria and South Africa. The Study further identifies the problems connected with the making, application and implementation of the Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidies rules and dispute resolution in respect of the latter as they affect Developing Countries with a view to determining its legal relevance to those Countries.
