Nació el 28.12.1955 en Leninakan en la familia de un militar. A los 18 años era investigador en el Museo de Historia Local de Kirovabad. Licenciado en la Facultad de Historia de la KSU. En 1984 se convirtió en locutor de la radio tártara. 1985-1999 - Jefe del Laboratorio de trabajadores de supervisión en el ámbito de la educación. - Jefe del Laboratorio de los Líderes de la Educación de la República de Tatarstán. 2000 - 2018 - Profesor asociado en KFU.
