Luqman Zakariyah, Ph.D. (2009), University of Wales, Lampeter, is Assistant Professor of Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh at International Islamic University Malaysia and a former Research Fellow of ILSP, Harvard Law School between 2012-2013.
