Valentine Tebi Mbeli is a Cameroonian by nationality. He holds a PhD in Law, specialising in corporate governance. However, he has taught several law courses including; commercial law, law of insurance and law of business associations. He is currently a Senior Lecturer & Dean, School of Law, Kampala International University, Uganda.
