Niracha Sanguankeo graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University (with Honours), admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Thai Bar Association), and obtained Master of Laws degrees from the Thammasat University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
