Em 2006, formou-se com distinção no Instituto Orenburg (ramo) da Academia de Direito do Estado de Moscovo com uma licenciatura em Jurisprudência. Durante 10 anos, trabalhou como assessora jurídica em direito civil. Desde 2015 que é professora no Departamento de Direito do Trabalho e Direito da Segurança Social no Instituto Orenburg da Academia de Direito do Estado de Moscovo. Em 2017 defendeu a sua tese de doutoramento. Experiência de trabalho total na sua especialização - 12 anos.
