Chegwe Emeke Nelson holds the Bachelor and Master of Laws Degrees of the prestigious Ambros Alli University, Edo State - Nigeria, and a PhD in International Law and Jurisprudence. He is at present the Head of Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of the National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos. Dr. Chegwe is of the professorial cadre.
