Overcoming many of the challenges in this book helped us to be the most successful franchise in the company. Because of our success, I was asked to train business owners. My experiences led to The PLAN Piper and eventually this book. The concept for Legendary Business was nudged into my consciousness by my friend. She told me to write a book with a story. Like most things for me it didn't stay that simple. The book morphed into not just one, but five stories. (With more books planned for the future!) The book is designed to examine one rat at a time. After each biography titled "Oh, Rats!" is a section called "Pay the Piper." That's where the fun begins! Real world advice, tips, action items, and more are detailed here. Sharon was raised by awesome parents in Pennsylvania. They encouraged her to test her wings, spread them and fly. She flew to New York where she met the love of her life, father of her two amazing daughters and business partner, Peter. After successful careers in New York they returned to the homeland of Sharon's mother, North Carolina. It was here that they started Home Video Studio-Apex. (In "The Peak of Good Living." No lie. That's the town motto.) Sharon and Peter started the studio in their house with a goal to move to a retail location in five years. They achieved that goal with months to spare. Hard work, creativity, training, implementation (action) and teamwork combined to make Home Video Studio-Apex the most successful studio in the international system. Not only have the Galluzzos been recognized by their franchise with more than 25 awards, they also were named Small Business of the Year by the Apex Chamber of Commerce and "Best of" by Cary Living Magazine.
