Elizabeth R. Alix has always been fascinated by ghosts and ghost stories. She has a degree in anthropology and done archaeology in the remote Aleutian Islands. She currently lives in a formerly haunted house and works as a professional archaeologist in Eastern Washington. She writes cozy ghost stories and is the author of the Maple Hill Chronicles.
