The object of this research are the reflections and the experiences of leisure in the Physical Education classes of High School in the Teaching Foundation of Contagem (FUNEC). The study addresses the possibilities of leisure experiences in the classes in order to identify how it is understood, treated and developed. The study revealed that the intercession Physical Education and leisure can be a means of sociocultural transformation, of reflection on the type of society we want to build. Being leisure an important dimension of juvenile experiences, the work also gave visibility to the need for attention to the numerous cultural manifestations of leisure of young students.
