If the procedure is successful tissue repair can be expected. It needs the application of a different antibiotic combinations known as "Triple Antibiotic Paste" (TAP). LSTR therapy could be a viable treatment modality for infected/nonvital primary molars with poor prognosis, in cases of internal and external resorption and intended to be maintained for shorter duration in the oral cavity as natural space maintainers.
