The susceptibility of supply chain disruptions around the world has become a growing concern over the last few years. The emergence of the novel corona virus pandemic in Wuhan, China in late 2019 that has so far spread all around the world is a cause of supply chain disruptions globally. This has clearly shows the importance of building resilient supply chains among business so as to withstand such vulnerabilities. The impacts of supply chain disruptions contributed greatly to my book with a great need to focus on the effects of these disruptions on customer service performance. This book aims to clearly discuss the effects of supply chain disruptions on customer service performance. It also discusses the trends and solutions to be incorporated into supply chains so as to achieve strong and resilient supply chains not only in Kenya but globally.
