Susan Lebel Young is the author of Lessons from a Golfer and Food Fix: Ancient Nourishment for Modern Hunger. For several years, her column, "Life Unwound," was published in a weekly free newspaper, The Forecaster. Young, now retired, counseled individuals, couples, and groups over three decades. Mother of two grown children and four grandchildren, Young lives in Falmouth, Maine, with her husband.
