Leigh W. Young has a passion for the Word of God and an ability to help the reader find scripture understandable and relevant. She brings the Bible to life as she weaves stories and scripture together to point the way to the abundant life. Leigh graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics and Political Science. She is an entrepreneur who lives in Asheville, North Carolina. She and her husband of thirty-five years have three daughters, three grandchildren, and three granddogs.Dr. Rob Blackburn has been the Senior Pastor for twenty years at Central United Methodist Church in the heart of downtown Asheville, North Carolina. He is a graduate of the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College where he played soccer for four years. Dr. Blackburn entered the ministry serving a pastorate at First United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida before transferring to the mountains to take a church in the Western North Carolina Conference. His passion for outdoor adventure ministry led him to co-found Wilderness Trail Ministries, which hosts over 800 people per year. He and his wife, Sarah, live in the mountains of Western North Carolina with their three children and twelve grandchildren.
