I believe there are some critical lessons for effective Kingdom leadership revealed in this book. Dedico este libro a los grandes evangelistas que influyeron en mi vida. La primera evangelista que conocí fue mi madre, Leila Youngblood Lathem. Ella me llevó a Jesús un domingo por la tarde en diciembre de 1960. El primer pastor que conocí y el más influyente en mi vida fue el Reverendo John Ozley, quien se convirtió en mi pastor cuando yo tenía sólo 7 años de edad. Mientras escribo esto, el Hermano John sigue siendo mi pastor aunque ahora tiene más de 90 años. Su ministerio siempre fue productivo en evangelismo.
