It has two parts. The first addresses the crisis of legitimacy of leaders in the DRC, by analyzing the causes of the said crisis of legitimacy (Chapter I) to determine the consequences (Chapter II). The second part examines the Congolese presidential election of December 30, 2018 in the face of the challenge of the legitimacy crisis, starting from the lessons learned from the said election (Chapter I), up to meeting the challenges of democratic elections and offering some perspectives. future (Chapter II).
