Bobby E. Mills is a born-again Christian and God-fearing man who has always sought to live within the fruits of the Spirit. He is an accomplished college professor and public sector administrator. Bobby earned B.D. in theology from Colgate Rochester-Crozer Divinity School and a Ph.D. in sociology from Syracuse University. He has written and published numerous articles concerning the pressing social ills confronting American society.
