Born in Rome, 1974, Pax Paloscia, graduated from the Academy of Illustration and Image of Rome before moving to Milan at the age of 22 to work with a number of different advertising agencies, publishing houses, newspapers and magazines as a freelance artist. The elements most influencing her work are the urban movements and street art but photography remains her true obsession. Her Pax's work, influenced by street culture and the world of kids meant as a metaphor of the human condition, is a continuous contamination of languages, ranging from painting to photography, to videos. Her collaborations include: Rolling Stone, Urban, Enville, Sole24Ore, Feltrinelli, Enaudi, Mondadori, McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Saatchi and Saatchi, J. W. Thompson, Publicis, Ogilvy, IBM, Nike, Mazda, Omnitel, Findus, Levi's, Fnac and Mandarina Duck. In 2007 she graduated from International Center of Photography of New York. She is continuing her work as a freelance artist between both New York and Rome.
