Debbie L. Hepner is an award-winning children's book author who resides in the ever-changing climate of Utah. After teaching awe-inspiring, 10-year-olds for 30 years, she retired to travel the world with her husband, Kent. Not long after retiring, the coronavirus pandemic stopped them from traveling, forcing them to cancel or postpone many trips. It was then that she first started putting pen to paper with the stories that she had been thinking about throughout her teaching career. She has published several children's books and won many awards.
