Raquel Cobbins Milton is a gifted letter-writer whose early exposure as a child, to the field of higher education and her mother's love for communicating through the art of writing created a true appreciation of the power of this timeless art form. The endless love for her mother and her own children were a catalyst to the preservation of her written thoughts during her parenting journey. This book captures priceless, soul searching letters written to her daughter from pre-school to college and serves as an outstanding reference for other parents as they navigate their way through their own parenting years. Raquel is a former Clinical Research professional with a background in Public Relations and Public Health. She is currently doing research in the areas of Public Policy and Higher Education Enrollment Management. She is married to Prentiss Ray Milton and they have a beautiful blended family of five adult children, two daughters and three sons; Maria, Ariel, Ron, Jamien and Brennen.
