Gail Boe has worked in education for seventeen years. Currently, she works in the library at Jefferson Elementary School in New Ulm, Minnesota. Gail attended Southwest Minnesota State University and majored in elementary education with a preprimary specialty. Gail's hometown is Minneota, Minnesota, and she currently lives in New Ulm, Minnesota with her husband, Casey, and their children, Carson and Lucy. During her time working in the library, Gail has seen countless children's books, inspiring her to write her own. She wanted to create a fun, simple story to remind all of us to love US! Everyone has different talents that makes us who we are, and we all need to be reminded to "love us!" When not at school, Gail enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the lake, reading, running, doing Pilates, making popcorn and snack mixes, and listening to Christmas music.
