Sixteen factors were assessed to determine client s satisfaction and among those factors the study tries to asses which of its have significant association with client s satisfaction. Taking the mean of summary score of satisfaction as cut point, 237(73.0%) of the respondents were found to have satisfaction above mean of satisfaction score and 86(27.0%) respondent were below mean of satisfaction score. Client s educational status, waiting time to get the service, convenience of opening hour had significant association. Being secondary school student (AOR=4.27, 95% CI: 1.18, 15.43), being the opening hour is convenient for the client (AOR=19.25, 95% CI: 8.65, 42.83) and not knowing the opening hour (AOR=9.8, 95% CI: 1.62, 59.37) were had positive significant association with client satisfaction. But having waiting time half to one hour (AOR=0.18, 95% CI: 0.05, 0.62) was negatively associated with client satisfaction.
