This research is aimed at improving the quality of teaching soccer and enhancing cognitive and coordination aspects of children who are starting out in soccer, since there are many questions that arise when teaching a team sport such as soccer. A regular problem in children from 7 to 11 years old who are starting in this sport is the lack of attention and concentration that has repercussions in motor coordination problems in children from 7 to 11 years old of the Olivo Soccer Club in the city of Ibarra. The main contribution of this research is to demonstrate the relationship between attention and motor coordination. In order to accompany the professionals in this area to focus their work to the child's needs, and enhance these areas of learning. The methodology of this work is based on the application of specific evaluation instruments to determine whether or not there is a relationship between attention and motor coordination.
