Grafstein Professor of Philosophy and Jewish Studies at the University of Toronto. He is author of Dilemmas in Modern Jewish Thought, Interim Judaism, and editor (with Steven Weitzman) of Rethinking the Messianic Idea in Judaism (all published by IUP).
