Michael Muraguri tem uma licenciatura em Economia pela Universidade de Moi e um mestrado em Investigação e Políticas Públicas pela Universidade de Egerton. Atualmente, trabalha como responsável pela investigação e defesa numa ONG em Mombaça, no Quénia. É apaixonado pelo desenvolvimento de políticas baseadas em provas que sejam relevantes para o contexto africano.
