This study examines the impact of Armenians on the Glendale Public Library system's services such as programming, outreach, collections, and staffing. In addition, it determines how the Armenian population feels about the services offered to them. Interviews were conducted with some of the library staff to collect information regarding the library activities. These interviews revealed that the libraries offer programs and services specifically for the Armenian Community. However, the interviewees discussed some obstacles that the libraries are facing such as shortage of library budget and support staff. The researcher also conducted three focus group interviews with members of the Armenian Community to learn about their feelings about the services offered to them, and what other services they would like the libraries to offer. The focus group studies revealed that the patrons are pleased with the library events but offered suggestions for additional ones.
