Autorenporträt
Greg Battersby is managing member of The Battersby Law Group, LLC which specializes in intellectual property and licensing law with a particular emphasis on merchandising law and toy licensing. He served as General Counsel for the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association ("LIMA") and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2009. Greg has written more than 35 books on various licensing and IP topics, written more than 50 articles, and given more than 200 talks on the subject before a wide range of audiences.
