When the book was published in 2002, I had intended to incorporate some photographs relating to the events described in the book, but the photographs I intended to include were lost. Later, after the book was published, the photo-graphs were found. I think the pictures add a great deal to the story and I wanted the story to be told as well as possible. Also, I have made some minor but useful factual corrections and have included some relevant events that occurred after the first edition was published.
